May 21, 2009 - BHC 2008 Accomplishments

The United States-México Border Health Commission (BHC) wishes to share its annual accomplishments for 2008. This summary report highlights specific accomplishments of the Commission with a full report to be published in the near future.

The BHC continues its mission to provide international leadership to optimize health and quality of life along the United States–México border with support of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the México Secretariat of Health in partnership with the ten U.S.–México Border States and other public and private organizations.

This summary report may be of interest to border health partners and others in the United States-México border region.
