Dra. Dora Elia Cortés Hernández
Nuevo León Member Dr. Dora Elia Cortés Hernández, Medical Surgeon and Midwife, is an undergraduate and post-graduate professor from the Faculties of Medicine, and Public Health and Nutrition at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (Autonomous University of Nuevo León). She is an expert in the area of health promotion and health services administration and is the Coordinator for the International University Brigades.
She is past president of the Nuevo León Public Health Society, and health ex-officio in the health services of Nuevo León. Dr. Cortés Hernández is a graduate of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. She holds a Master’s in Public Health and is certified by the Consejo Nacional de Salud Pública (National Council of Public Health).Contact Info:
