Dr. Juan Guillermo Miguel Mansur Arzola
Tamaulipas Member Dr. Juan Guillermo Mansur Arzola is the Secretary of Health and General Director of the Public Decentralize Organism of the Health Services for the State of Tamaulipas. His professional background includes: Assigned Physician to the Anesthesiology Service and Chief of Anesthesiology Service at the Civic Hospital of Victoria, Tamaulipas; Director of the Civic Hospital in Victoria; Director of the DIF in Ciudad Victoria (Integral Family Development); Director of the Medical and Care Services at DIF; State Delegate at ISSSTE (Safety and Social Services Institute for State Workers), in the State of Tamaulipas; and Director at DIF in Victoria.
Dr. Mansur Arzola received his degree as a medical surgeon from the Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas. His studies include a Specialty in Anesthesiology and certified by the Mexican Anesthesiology Council, a Master’s in Public Health and Certification in Hospital Administration.
