Lic. José Francisco Hernández Aguilar
Delegate for Córdova Villalobos Secretary Mr. José Francisco Hernández Aguilar is the General Director of International Affairs of the Secretariat of Health. He has held various positions in Federal Public Administration including: State Representative of the Governing Secretariat in the State of Guanajuato; Advisor for the General Director of the National Institute for Federalism and the Municipal Development of the Governing Secretariat. He has also held several positions of responsibility within the Government of the State of Guanajuato.
He received his bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Universidad de las Américas-Puebla and a postgraduate degree in North American Studies from the same institution. He has completed academic internships at the Hoover Institution-Stanford University and the London School of Economics.
He has collaborated in the organization of various international forums and events including the First International Forum of Social Participation and the First International Forum on Federalism and Decentralization, among many others.
He has numerous publications on the topics of federalism, decentralization and municipal development.Contact Info:
