Dr. José Guadalupe Bustamante Moreno
Baja California Member Dr. José Guadalupe Bustamante Moreno is the Secretary of Health for the State of Baja California and General Director of the Instituto de Servicios de Salud Pública del Estado, ISESALUD (State Public Health Services Institute).
His professional experience includes: Director of Social Development for the XV City Council of Tijuana, B.C.; Secretary of Social Development for the XVII City Council of Tijuana, B.C.; Chief of Health Jurisdiction #2 of Tijuana; Undersecretary of Health and Undersecretary of Social Development for the State of Baja California Government.
Dr. Bustamante Moreno received his medical surgeon degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (Autonomous University of Guadalajara).
