Rosa Alicia Luna Vasquez
Delegate for José Guadalupe Bustamante Moreno Dr. Rosa Alicia Luna Vázquez is the General Assistant Director of Health in the State of Baja California and a Public Health Professor in the School of Medicine of Tijuana.
She has served in academic positions as full time professor, coordinator of basic area, and University Counselor in the School of Medicine of Tijuana. Her professional experience includes management positions in the Secretariat of Health.
She holds a Master of Science in Public Health degree specializing in community nutrition from the Autonomous University of Baja California and took a monographic course in the area of health services research at Harvard University.
