Dra. María de los Ángeles Fromow Rangel
 Head of the Citizenship Participation and Entailment Unit of the Secretariat of Health.
Received her bachelor’s degree in Law from the Autonomous University of México (UNAM), her master’s in Taxes and Fiscal Counseling from the Center for Financial Studies in Spain, and a doctorate degree in Administrative Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
Her professional experience includes: Head of the District Attorney’s Office Specialized in the Attention of Electoral Crimes (FEPADE) and General Secretary of Agreements in the Full Court of Electoral Litigation, among other positions at the public level, as well as corporate attorney in various private institutions.
