Lic. Clemente Villalpando Padilla
Executive Secretary Clemente Villalpando Padilla is the Executive Secretary for the México Section of the United States – México Border Health Commission.
Villalpando’s education includes a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Universidad de las Américas in Cholula, Puebla, México. He received his Masters in Political Science from the Institute of Latin America, Russian Academy in Moscow.
He is currently seeking a Masters in Philosophy at the Colegio de León, A.C., in León, Guanajuato, México. He has additional teaching experience in the areas of economic topics, international trade and international negotiation at the Universidad de la Salle Bajío in León, Guanajuato, México.
His professional experience includes serving as the Director of companies related with the auto-transport industry, as well as the Director of the Institute for Training and Retraining of Drivers of the State of Guanajuato. He is a member of the Camara Nacional de Autotransporte de Carga, or the National Chamber of Freight and Auto-Transport.
